Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 2026-09-18 · forms part of the Terms of Service

This policy covers everyone who uses RocSite. It exists to keep the service safe and available for every organization on it. Breaching it can lead to suspension or termination.

AI features specifically

Fair use of shared capacity

Assistant, transcription and embedding features run on finite compute that is shared across all customers. Your plan states its daily allowances. Automated or scripted use that consumes capacity far beyond normal interactive use, even within your allowance, may be rate-limited so that the service stays responsive for everyone. We will contact you before taking action unless the load is causing immediate harm.

Security research

We welcome good-faith reports. Email support@rocsite.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not access another organization's data, degrade the service, or disclose publicly before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it. We will not pursue action against research conducted on those terms.

Reporting a problem

To report content or behaviour that breaches this policy, email support@rocsite.com with the workspace or URL and what you observed.

What we do about breaches

Depending on severity we may contact the workspace owner, rate-limit or restrict a feature, suspend an account or a workspace, or terminate the agreement. Where practical we warn first and give an opportunity to fix the problem. Where there is immediate risk of harm, of legal exposure, or to the service itself, we may act first and inform you promptly afterwards. Fees are not refunded for a workspace terminated for breach of this policy.
